ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION - 4MONTHLY MEETING WITH CPMG -28-01-2013
1.Transfer of SBCOPAs from northern region to their home region
Agreed to do it after recruitment
2.Attaching PAs from postal side to SBCO where there is shortage
Orders will be issued soon
3.Deficiency of space for keeping documents and problems of weeding out of vouchers
She will discuss with respective SSPOs for necessary actions.(so please be in contact with division offices and pressurize them to grant orders. Then only Circle office will understand our needs )
**Problems regarding softwares were also discussed. I listed out and submitted the few. They will contact soon.
**Problems in producing RD & MIS consolidations were also raised. The present condition of SBCOs are not conducive enough to do all these works. hope for favorable rply.
**(problems of doing NREGS trans. were mentioned in the list of software problems)
**Case of HSG1 post of Eranakulam is referred to Directorate(Delhi) I am asked to make central leaders to take this case up in directorate level.(I will contact General Secretary today itself)
