NEWS FROM SECOND BIENNIAL CONFERENCE - HARIDWAR!
* Four delegates from kerala attended the conference.(from 2 march to 3 march)
* major amendments to the constitution of AIPSBCOPEA
1.The all India conference shall consist of the(1)elected delegates representing circle unions on the basis of one representing for each unit of every 10 paid members or a part thereof provided the balance is 5 or more subject to a minimum of one delegate for each circle union and (2)office-bearers of the All India Union and Circle Secretaries who shall be Ex-officio delegates.
2. To elect the following office bearers
President,three v. presidents, Circle Secretary, four asst Sec Treasure, Asst treasure Three organizing sec.Divisional representatives(Before the number was not like this and there were no div. rep.s for our union. The div. Representatives will be entrusted to represent our union in monthly meetings with SSPs )
* All the barricades of recognition are removed. The department issued an order dealing with our recognition. (it is attached)
* Our net aim is, certainly, be the only recognized union of SBCO cadre. To that goal hard work of all members is requested.
* Regarding Core banking, ACentral processing Centre at every circle id planned and all the audit works shall be carried out there. This means SBCOs will be shifted to Each Circle Head Quarters Serious and timely discussion on this issue is needed..
*A happy news indeed!! Next All India conference is a Kerala. We have to start works early though the conference is only in 2015.
*New general secretary is Com.Virendra Tiwary Forom UP Circle and Com. Kulkarni will continue as the president.
